Dwayne Johnson, the 35-year-old Madison man who plead no contest to charges of beating a puppy to death with a flashlight in December of 2009, was sentenced today.
Dane County Circuit Court Judge Maryann Sumi sentenced Dwayne Johnson to 2 1/2 years in prison, and 3 years of extended supervision. Justice is served!
